  • Hardness Tester

Essential for verifying heat treatment results on hardened components like gears and shafts.

  • RA Tester (Mitutoyo)

Ensures precise measurement of surface finish, crucial for sealing surfaces and mating components.

  • Laser Marking Machine

Used for traceability and component labeling with part numbers, material codes, and batch details.

  • Manual Inspection Tools

Including calibrated micrometers, dial bore gauges, slip gauges, thread gauges, and more—maintained as per ISO standards.
